Tuatha De Brighid is both a spiritual path and a community.  The spiritual path - our Tradition - is an offering to those who choose to take part in it. The community is simply a place of sharing, where folks of good will and common interest in Druidry come to talk and support each other.

The best way to find out more about our community and our Tradition is to join one or both of our email forums.

The Tuathadebrighid Group focuses on topics of general interest to Druids.  In general, we say that all things are relevant to Druidry, because Druidry is a way of life. And so we talk about all sorts of things:  philosophy, religion, literature, nature - well, just about everything. Sometimes we share poetry, post book reviews, talk about personal life if we choose, and even talk about politics (without fighting about it!). This is a very friendly and supportive group. While there are no hard and fast rules about topics, there is one rule that is always in force: no meanness, or bigotry is allowed. We treat each other as Kin, we share our Creativity, and we seek Truth as we may.

The Community Group has a different focus.  Way back when we first founded TDB, we noticed that not everyone is interested, or willing to take part in, organizational issues, whether they be spiritual or simply practical. So this group exists specifically as a forum where we discuss issues directly related to our Tradition and organization - such as education program/s, recommended book lists, common/traditional ritual segments, Tradition theology, wording of documents when necessary, and other organizational issues, spiritual and mundane.  If you want to find out what makes TDB tick as an organization and Tradition, this is the place to be - and a place to contribute.

In addition to sharing ideas, we also run periodic virtual rituals and healing circles - where anyone is welcome.

Another very rewarding way to participate in TDB community is to seed a local TDB Hearth.  If you would like to be a Hearth Organizer, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you get started.
